With forty plus years in the jewelry industry, Tony continues to have a passion for what he does. Tony is an expert buyer in the industry, knowing exactly what trends and pieces are perfect for his clientele. Tony sets the standard for premier customer service at Park Jewelers and everyone on the team.
Tony’s favorite part of his job is working with clients. He has several clients that have been with him since he was nineteen years old. He worked with them to buy their engagement ring, and years later worked with their children to pick out their engagement ring. Working with clients and their families for generations is such a great experience for him. Park Jewelers has been built with Tony’s core principles; fine quality jewelry and premier customer service.

Sylvie has a background in Human Resources which provided crossover experience in client relations and customer service. In 2011, Sylvie started working at Park Jewelers both in sales and back-office work. Though working and getting to know clients and their families is her favorite part of the job. Sylvie manages all aspects of the administrative side; some of which include handling advertising, special events and working with the local charities in the community that Park Jewelers proudly supports while also working with our clients.

Demetre joined the family business in 2014. Following his father’s footsteps with his passion for the jewelry industry and building relationships with his clients. Demetre graduated from the prestigious Gemological Institute of America, in the heart of the Diamond district in New York City. He earned his GIA Graduate Gemologist Degree in 2016. Demetre’s vast knowledge of Diamonds and Gemstones is an asset to Park Jewelers, in addition to his hands on experience at Park Jewelers. Starting his career at the age of 17, he has truly grown up in the jewelry industry. He continues to develop a great rapport with his clients that have been with him from the beginning, along with new ones every day. Many of his clients are couples coming in to purchase engagement rings. It is that time he often spends hours getting to know couples and their story. He has his finger on the pulse of Engagement ring trends and often uses Computer Animated Designs (CAD) to custom design engagement rings. Going through this process with his clients is what he enjoys most about his role at Park Jewelers.

Lucas has over seven years of experience in the luxury watch and custom jewelry industry. With formal training from Breitling and a background in high-end client service he was the perfect fit for Park Jewelers. Lucas brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to his client’s needs. He enjoys getting to know the clients he works with. Lucas also uses Computer Animated Designs to create one-of-a-kind jewelry for clients and enjoys going through that process with them. Since joining the Park Jewelers’ team, Lucas’s professional experience and passion for what he does is evident in each interaction he has with his clients.

Nicolle is behind the scenes at Park Jewelers as our bench jeweler. She has seven years of experience, specializing in stone setting, soldering and custom designs. Her passion for jewelry began in high school and led to her earning her bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Her training there honed both her technical skills and her artistic vision, turning raw materials into timeless, one-of-a-kind pieces. Today, she creates and restores fine jewelry with precision and handles each piece with the utmost care.

Melissa brings a background in design and a strong eye for detail. Melissa works primarily in an administrative role, supporting the essential daily needs of the office and assisting our sales team. She often answers the phones and would be your first point of contact when calling, ready to assist you. Melissa ensures a smooth workflow and strong coordination across daily operations.
